- Guests can carry hard liquor from outside
- Guests are not allowed to participate in rope activities and lake activities after consuming alcohol.
- Guests will be charged for any kind of damages caused to the property or things belonging to the camp.
- We are not responsible for your valuables and belongings.
- Any mishaps, provoking fights, barging in other guests privacy is strictly prohibited in our premises.
- Alcohol consumption is strictly not allowed outside the campsite and near the lake during your stay with us.
- Guests are required to pay a 50% advance at the time of booking itself.
- Children below 12 years of age will get a 50% discount.
- Our standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 10 AM
- We only accept a government ID as valid identification proof. No local IDs shall be accepted at the time of check-in.
- Guests are not permitted to bring outsiders inside the campus.
- Drugs and any substance abuse is strictly banned inside and around the property.
- Alcohol consumption is permitted at the premises as per property’s discretion and local laws. Please reach out to the property prior to your arrival to confirm the same.
- Bonfire are complimentary for Stay package, Private Bonfire will be chargeable.
- Guests will receive 8 coupons from boorbo for the Day Out Package and more coupons can be purchased for INR 50 each.
- Some of the biggest activities like zip line, will charge 3 coupons per activity and few will cost 1 or 2 coupons.
- For swimming pool Cotton clothes are not allowed.
- If the number of guests are reduced on the day of Check-in, the guest has to pay the full payment.

- All booking requests will be confirmed at a 50% advance payment at the time of booking.
- We will be providing full credits on any cancellations received more than 15 days prior to the arrival date. You will be able to avail the credited amount for any future booking at any of our properties.
- If informed within 15 days of the standard check-in time (12 pm), the entire amount shall be adjusted against the cancellation fee.
- In case the property is not able to host you due to any local or subjective circumstances, we will provide you with a credit of the same amount. You will be able to avail the credited amount for any future booking at any of our properties.
