  • Alcohol consumption is permitted at the premises as per propertyโ€™s discretion and local laws. Please reach out to the property prior to your arrival to confirm the same.
  • Bonfire are complimentary for Stay package, Private Bonfire will be chargeable
  • If the number of guests are reduced on the day of Check-in, the guest has to pay the full payment.
  • Guests will be charged for any kind of damages caused to the property or things belonging to the camp.
  • Guests are not allowed to participate in any adventure activities after consuming alcohol.
  • Right to admission reserved.

  • If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
  • If cancellations are made within 0-30 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
  • Same Day cancellations are non refundable
  • In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get cancelled. In such cases operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible. However a cash refund will not be applicable for the same.
  • Cancellations are strictly subjected to cancellation policies mentioned on the website & are irrespective of the date of booking.

  • At the time of check-in, all guests are required to present either a negative RT-PCR report not older than 72 hours, or a double-vaccination certificate.
  • Well-equipped first-aid and Covid-19 observation kits are available at borrbo property in case of a medical emergency.
  • This borrbo place follows universal hygiene guidelines and a strict sanitisation protocol. Moreover, travelers and staff regularly undergo temperature checks to curtail any health lapses.
  • While most staff members stay at the property itself, outsider staff undergo a strict thermal check and periodic testing regime.
